What is Residential Planned
Service Maintenance?
Planned Service is preventative maintenance performed on your
heating and cooling equipment. Planned Service customers receive
two visits per year, one for heating and one for cooling, where
a qualified technician will clean and tune up your system to
make sure it is in proper working order for each season.
With the ever-increasing energy costs, just making sure your
system is cleaned and serviced can help save your energy dollars.
It is our strong belief that a thorough and comprehensive maintenance
program will pay for itself many times over in repair costs
and added longevity of your equipment. As an added benefit Planned
Service customers (Discount Customers) receive preferential
scheduling consideration if a breakdown should occur and a 10%
discount on all service replacement parts. Also, our residential
Planned Service customers get a 10% discount on labor for service
calls that are beyond maintenance.
Because we know in today’s world our customers are busy,
Campbell and Company is now able to offer a payment plan for
Planned Service in the form of automatic payments from your
bank account or on a credit card (call for details).
Our heating season begins September 1 and our cooling season
begins March 1. Also, we contact you via postcard and/or telephone
to schedule your appointments during a time that is convenient
for you. |

Preferential
Scheduling – we schedule PS customers
(Discount Customers) before new customers. Should you need emergency
service, we schedule you within 48 hours, even if booked out
for 2 weeks for a non-discount customer. |

Reduced
Diagnostic for Emergency Service – Diagnostic
charge of $29.00 should you have a problem between your maintenance
visits ($59.00 for non PS customers) for a regular time appointment,
and a $59.00 diagnostic charge for overtime versus $88.50 (for
non PS customers). A $30 savings. |

10%
Discount – 10% discount on parts and 10%
discount on labor. This also extends into our Electrical Department,
Duct Cleaning through Micron Power Vac, over-the-counter part
sales, and fabrication – not just work on your heating
& cooling equipment. |

Cost
Savings – PS is already at a reduced labor
rate. It would cost $90.00 on a service call to perform the
same checks that we perform on a PS visit, and the service call
does not receive the 10% discount. |

Reduction
of Breakdowns – Because your system is
being cleaned and checked on a regular basis, it will run more
efficiently, last longer, and has fewer breakdowns. There are
certain parts our trained technicians can see starting to go
out that we can replace, before they cause a breakdown requiring
emergency service. |
